Brilliant

I've only been in our nation's capital for 6 hours and have some great advice for the government, follow the example of the beer store! Small, efficient, and gets you drunk!

This beer store was ran like a fast food place: Look at a giant menu of delicious beer, order at the counter, and pick it up on your way out. Why can't everything be as efficient as this?!

I'll let you know how efficient my liver is with dealing with my purchases tomorrow :)
